No, acupuncture is a completely painless application. Acupuncture needles are very thin - about the width of two hairs. You may feel a mild aching sensation when the needles reach the right depth.

Acupuncture has been used for millennia to help with pain, stress, and wellbeing. In its simplest form, acupuncture is the insertion of a needle into specific regions of the body.

It targets mapped points over the body to help deal with specific symptoms and problems by restoring the natural flow of energy in the body.

There's very little to prepare, just remember to arrive early (I recommend 15 minutes) and wear loose-fitting clothing.

For minor conditions, benefits can be seen in as little as 2-6 sessions.

For major or chronic conditions, 8-12 sessions.

For severe, long term and chronic issues, to see a significant result can take 12+ sessions.

Massage can be effective in treating:

  • Neck, shoulder, and back pain
  • Muscle pain
  • Headaches
  • Arthritis
  • Fatigue
  • Chronic pain
  • Anxiety

In general, I recommend getting a massage every 1-4 weeks.

Everyone has unique circumstances. For example, a chronic injury may take longer to recover from and require more regular treatment.

We help clients determine the frequency of their sessions on a case-by-case basis.

There's very little you need to prepare before your massage.

Please wear loose-fitting clothing to allow access to your body.

Consume a light meal 1-2 hours before your massage.

Arrive 15 minutes early so you can be nice and relaxed before your massage.

If you’re interested in improving your health, if you want to grow, if you feel like you have a potential inside you that’s not fully being expressed - then this is for you.

I’ve helped coach athletes, entrepreneurs and stay at home Dads who want to be the best that they can be for the people that matter in their lives.

We start by having conversations about what you want and what you’re currently doing to reach your goals.

We then challenge the things you’re doing and not doing.

I offer objective feedback to help guide you through challenging your thinking and actions to create better outcomes for yourself.

Where many other coaches have a set program that they try to fit their clients to, my approach is client centered.

I work with you to support you - I don't dictate your outcome. We unpack your goals, build a plan and I help you blow your own mind.
