“I have been seeing Trent for almost 4 years now and I would recommend him to anyone who is experiencing pain or an element of discomfort. 10/10 recommend Trent. His biggest gift is his honesty, if he can't help you he will recommend you to someone who can. Thanks, Trent you have kept our family healthy and on the right track!”

How Does Acupuncture Work?

Our acupuncture sessions involve the use of fine sterile, single-use acupuncture needles.

Targeting specific areas of the body can increase circulation to assist with recovery and relieve pain and discomfort.

Acupuncture has been used for over 2,000 years, allowing the practice to evolve and grow thanks to constant research and clinical studies. I have seen how acupuncture changes people’s lives for the better.

With follow-up sessions, we can finally help you body natually manage your pain and stress and help you achieve what you want in life.

Acupunture For Treating Pain

Pain and discomfort are common, but they aren’t normal.

When pain is a part of your everyday life, it can affect all aspects of it. This can lead to low confidence, low energy, and difficulty with your relationships and responsibilities.

If you’ve suffered from pain or stress for some time, you’ve likely tried various ways to help, such as traditional treatments, pain killers and physical therapy.

While these methods can provide some short-term relief, unfortunately, they don’t always address the underlying cause.

This is where acupuncture comes in.

My acupuncture and dry needling can assist your body in returning to its optimal function. I use the best techniques to treat the root cause of your problems.

No, acupuncture is a completely painless application. Acupuncture needles are very thin - about the width of two hairs. You may feel a mild aching sensation when the needles reach the right depth.

Acupuncture has been used for millennia to help with pain, stress, and wellbeing. In its simplest form, acupuncture is the insertion of a needle into specific regions of the body.

It targets mapped points over the body to help deal with specific symptoms and problems by restoring the natural flow of energy in the body.

There's very little to prepare, just remember to arrive early (I recommend 15 minutes) and wear loose-fitting clothing.

For minor conditions, benefits can be seen in as little as 2-6 sessions.

For major or chronic conditions, 8-12 sessions.

For severe, long term and chronic issues, to see a significant result can take 12+ sessions.
